The NBU again fined the credit service ZeCredit

The National Bank of Ukraine fined Investrum FC LLC for UAH 34,000. Such a decision was made on April 28 based on the results of an inspection of the company and will take effect on May 1. This was reported by the press service of the regulator.

The reason for the fine

The NBU noted that the company was fined for providing knowingly false information about the implementation of the regulator’s decision and for not providing timely information about the conclusion of debt settlement agreements with debt collection companies.

FC “Investrum” LLC is obliged to pay the fine within seven working days from the date of receipt of the relevant decision of the regulator on the imposition of the fine.

Note that FC Investrum LLC provides short-term loans under the ZeCredit brand.

Let’s remind

In December 2022, the NBU already fined FC Investrum LLC for UAH 85,000 for violating the requirements of the legislation on the protection of the rights of consumers of financial services.
