The National Bank of Ukraine canceled the license for FC Verona LLC (EGRPOU 41602157) to provide financial services. This was reported by the press service of the NBU.

Reason
The regulator noted that this financial institution did not comply with the decision of the National Bank and did not eliminate the violation of license conditions.
Such a decision was adopted by the Committee for Supervision and Regulation of Non-Banking Financial Services Markets on May 1, 2023. The decision enters into force on May 2, 2023.

On December 19, 2022, a measure of influence was applied to LLC “FC Verona” in the form of a temporary suspension of licenses for the implementation of activities for the provision of financial services.
The institution was obliged to eliminate the violation, which was the reason for the temporary suspension of licenses, by January 20, 2023. The violation was not eliminated.
