The National Bank canceled the licenses of six non-banking financial institutions and excluded 29 non-banking financial institutions and three brokers from the state registers. This is stated in the message of the regulator.

Such decisions were taken by the Committee for Supervision and Regulation of Nonbank Financial Services Markets on February 2.
Canceled licenses
On the basis of their own declarations, all available licenses are canceled:
- PO “Lombard “Cash Box” and companies “Scortex” and “Poltavainvestprom”;
- FC “Bladwein” LLC;
- LLC “Vendor-finance”.
On the basis of the received and declared, separate licenses are canceled:
- PO “Lombard “Skrynia” Ostrovsky and Company” — a license to lend funds, including on the terms of a financial loan;
- “Max Kredit” LLC — a license to provide guarantees;
- “Troika Kapital” LLC — a license to provide financial leasing services.
In addition, 25 non-bank financial institutions have been excluded from the State Register of Financial Institutions due to the National Bank’s decision to cancel (revoke) all their existing licenses:
- Valex-Invest LLC;
- LLC “Finance Property Group”;
- LLC “NSP”;
- FC Fin-Market LLC;
- 20 regionally managed and mortgage centers of Gosmolodezhilya.
On the basis of the submitted documents from the State Register of Financial Institutions, PO “Lombard “Cash Box” and companies “Scortex” and “Poltavainvestprom”, LLC “FC “Bladvein” and LLC “Vvendor-finance” were excluded, as well as on the basis of the received application – LLC FC “Aglai”.
In addition, from the State Register of Insurance and Reinsurance Brokers, 8Н8 Brokerage Society with Limited Liability, LLC Perestrakhovochny Brokerage and LLC Universal Insurance Policy were excluded from the State Register of Insurance and Reinsurance Brokers on the basis of the declarations submitted by them.
