The number of people killed as a result of the Russian kamikaze drone attack on the city of Sumy rose to three people, 21 were wounded. This was reported in the Sumy regional military administration.
The mayor of the city, Alexander Lysenko, clarified that the four wounded still remain in hospitals. On July 4, a day of mourning was announced in Sumy.
