On the morning of October 20, another hacker attack continued on the online resources of the Ukrainian Energy Exchange.

“This is one of the largest scale attacks, the first was carried out on February 24, 2022. Competent authorities will be informed about this in the established order,” the message reads.
In addition, a massive phishing attack took place on the e-mail boxes of exchange employees for two days before.
“As of 12:00 p.m., the attack continues, but the operation of our services has not been affected, all trades and auctions are taking place as usual and according to schedule,” UEB added.
Since the beginning of the major invasion, the online resources of the Ukrainian Energy Exchange have regularly become objects of cyber attacks. However, UEB assured that these attacks are detected and repelled in time.
