The state property fund attracted another 72 million from privatization

From April 1 to 5, the State Property Fund held 18 privatization auctions, during which it was possible to attract 72.1 million hryvnias to the budget.

18 online privatization auctions were held in the system “Prozorro. Sales”.
“The total number of participants who competed for the ownership of the objects is 156 people, which is an average of 8.7 potential investors. The value of the objects increased 3.4 times, for a total of 72.1 million hryvnias” – the message says.
The most successful lot of the week was the premises of the former Uman correctional colony, the value of which increased 194 times (from 149.4 thousand hryvnias to 29 million hryvnias).

State Property Fund of Ukraine calculatesthat large-scale privatization will begin already in the second half of the year. Assets worth more than 250 million hryvnias will fall under it.
In Ukraine this year are planning restore large-scale privatization. Among the objects that will fall under it are “United Mining and Chemical Company”, “Odesa port plant” and Centerenergo.
