Details: The message states that 11 more economic entities have entered the list of companies with export restrictions.
“These eleven organizations have been identified by the US government as acting contrary to the national security or foreign policy interests of the United States,” the statement said.
In particular, we are talking about companies from Myanmar, China, Nicaragua and Russia.
Among them are the Russian companies “Aviatech” and “Aviazapchast”.
They were listed along with others – Miya Win, Myanmar New Era Trading Company and Suntac Group – as “selling, procuring and maintaining military equipment that enables the Burmese military regime to carry out human rights abuses and brutal airstrikes that lead to the death and injury of civilians”.
We will remind: US President Joe Biden, by his decree on March 1, extended until the end of 2023 the state of emergency, introduced back in 2014 after the Russian aggression against Ukraine, and related sanctions restrictions against the Russian Federation.
