Vitaly Dzhunkovsky and Ivan Tarasov, who were mobilized from Primorsky Krai, were sentenced to 2 years and 8 months in a settlement colony in the case of refusing to comply with an order. In April and May 2023, the mobilized three times refused to return to the war. The mobilized did not admit their guilt. They explained the refusal to carry out the order, including the lack of preparation. The court decided that Dzhunkovsky and Tarasov did not go to fight because they “feared for their lives and health.”
