According to him, the introduction of such a ban has already been agreed upon and preparations are underway.
Let’s remind
Earlier it became known that Moldova plans to join the decision of the European Union on the import of agricultural products from Ukraine.
The Minister of Agriculture of Moldova Vladimir Bolya on Saturday informed his Ukrainian counterpart Mykola Solsky that Moldova intends to join the EU decision on the introduction of temporary measures on the import of wheat, corn, rapeseed and sunflower originating from Ukraine, at the same time allowing their transit.
At the meeting, Bolya explained to Solsky that there is a significant amount of grain in Moldovan warehouses, which causes farmers to fear that they will not have enough space for the new crop.
On May 2, the European Commission banned the import of four Ukrainian products into five EU states.
