Ukrainians affected by the war will be able to receive help from the Czech organization through Privatbank

Privatbank begins disbursements of financial aid from the Czech humanitarian organization “Man in Need”. The program of multi-purpose cash assistance covers forcibly displaced persons from the war zone, persons who have lost or whose housing has been damaged, persons living near the front line, and persons providing shelter for IDPs. This was reported by the bank’s press service.

Amount of aid
The amount of the allowance is UAH 2,220 per person and will be provided in one installment over three months until July 2023. Assistance will be paid to a bank card registered with the Ministry of Social Policy through the PrivatMoney payment system.
If there is no registered bank card or the details are incorrect, the client receives an SMS message with the control number of the PrivatMoney transfer.
Assistance through the PrivatMoney payment system with a control number can be obtained at Privat24, OSO, an ATM in a PrivatBank branch or by calling 3700 — to a PrivatBank card.

“Man in trouble”
The Czech humanitarian organization “People in Need” began its work in Ukraine in 2003 and deployed projects in 23 regions of Ukraine with the beginning of a full-scale invasion in February 2022.
“Man in need” helps the victims of the war by providing the necessary food and industrial goods, hygiene products, helps in the restoration of housing, provides psychosocial support and monetary assistance.
