Ukrzaliznytsia will launch the first evacuation train at 12:00 on Tuesday in connection with the explosion of the Kakhovskaya HPP and the risk of flooding.

“Ukrzaliznytsia is helping the local authorities with the evacuation of residents of Kherson and nearby villages due to the enemy’s undermining of the Kakhovskaya HPP,” the message reads.
The first evacuation train will leave Kherson at 12:00. It is noted that additional evacuation trains will be assigned if necessary.
