PMC “Wagner” intends to blockade Rostov-on-Don and go to Moscow, if the Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu and the Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Army Valery Gerasimov are not handed over to the fighters. This was stated by PMC head Yevgeny Prigozhin in a video published by Telegram channels close to the PMC.
