According to the investigation of the SBU Directorate in Ivano-Frankivsk region, in the premises of the university, which was headed by the suspect, he organized a meeting of the so-called “second composition of the public chamber of the LPR”. Then a decision was made to create a “public headquarters of the referendum on the accession of the LPR to the Russian Federation” “. “Osvityanin” joined this headquarters and took an active part in the preparation and holding of the pseudo-referendum (Part 1 of Article 111-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
