“She exposed herself and sat on the face of a stranger”: a local resident was fined in the Kyiv region

In the Kyiv region, a local woman who first beat a stranger, and then exposed herself and tried to sit on her face, was sentenced.

The court fined her 17,000 hryvnias, according to the verdict of the Brovar city district court of the Kyiv region.

The incident happened in Brovary on June 22 around 20:50.

According to the court, through the window, the woman saw her husband arguing with another, and a stranger was standing next to them.

After that, the woman ran out into the street, knocked the stranger to the ground and started beating her.

“The suspect, sitting on top of the victim, raised her skirt and moved her underwear to the side, after which she began to show her genitals to the victim and tried to touch her face with her genitals.” – says the verdict.

At the court, the accused admitted her guilt, but did not tell about the motive of her act.

She was convicted under the article on hooliganism (Part 1 of Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) and fined 17,000 hryvnias.
