In Great Britain, a 2-year-old boy was found dead next to the body of his father, who died of a heart attack. The baby reportedly lived two to three days after her dad’s heart stopped and starved to death.
According to local police, little Bronson Battersby and 60-year-old Kenneth Battersby were found dead on January 9 in a house in Lincolnshire (Great Britain), two weeks after they were last seen. And between January 10 and 12, their house was robbed, writes The Telegraph.
On January 2, a social worker visited the home of 60-year-old Kenneth Battersby for a routine visit. Since no one answered the door, he called the police. Kenneth and Bronson were considered a vulnerable family, so social services checked on them weekly.
On January 4, representatives of the social service visited the house for the second time, but again to no avail. Only on January 9, the social service worker was able to get into the house with the key she received from the owner. It was she who discovered the dead.

Melanie Battersby – the sister of the dead boy, who lives in the city of Sheffield, said that she does not blame the civil service for the child’s death. In her opinion, “social services and the police did everything within their powers.”
She added: the last time she saw her brother was during a family vacation.
“He was happy, smiling, he learned to walk and talk. We are devastated“, she said.

She was told that her father’s heart attack had happened “very suddenly” and that “there was nothing he could do.”
Melanie Battersby also said that Bronson’s mother is divorced from his father, and they haven’t spoken in recent months.
According to the police, after the tragedy, the house was robbed. The criminals probably used a bedroom window to get in. The investigation is ongoing.
It will be recalled that a 5-year-old boy died in Lviv, who fell into a coma after having his teeth removed.
