34-year-old Frenchwoman Anouk Garnier climbed the Paris Eiffel Tower on a rope to a height of 110 meters in 18 minutes. Thus, she set two new world records.

“My dream has come true. It’s magical. If there’s one thing I’ve never doubted, it’s that I’m going to do it.” – said Garnier.

“I said to myself: 26 meters is not so much, which monument can I climb?” – said Anuk.

The climber said she also wanted to raise money for the Cancer League after her mother was diagnosed with the disease.

“I saw her struggle. I wanted to contribute.” – said Garnier.
