As noted by OVD.Info, on the website of the Russian Leninsky District Court of Sevastopol there is a case file against Malkov under the article on petty hooliganism, as well as on the so-called discrediting of the Russian army. Also on Friday, the Federal Security Service of Russia announced the prevention of a terrorist attack on the railway in the annexed Crimea. It is confirmed that he was prepared by a resident of Sevastopol, he is detained, his name is not given.
