Semenov was arrested at the end of August. He was detained at the military enlistment office of the Admiralty district of St. Petersburg, where he came with two bottles of incendiary mixture and threw them out the window.
Burov was detained in October. According to the investigation, he distributed a video on the Telegram channel calling for “support and imitation of terrorism.”
The detention of Kirill Hetman and Roman Lozovoy in the Primorsky Krai became known at the end of September. At the same time, it was reported that they tried to set fire to the military enlistment office in the city of Artyom with two bottles of incendiary mixture, only the window frame caught fire.
- Inclusion in the register of RosFinMonitoring implies the blocking of all bank accounts of the accused and a ban on money transfers.
- Reports of requests to set fire to military enlistment centers after the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine appear regularly. They became more frequent after the announcement of “partial mobilization”. Criminal cases of terrorism were repeatedly initiated for requests for arson. At the same time, not a single person has been injured by the actions of the arsonists.
