The Russian authorities included in the register of “extremists and terrorists” a resident of St. Petersburg, Ivan Semenov, who was arrested on charges of trying to set fire to a military enlistment office, and an activist from Vologda, Anatoly Burov – he is accused of “justifying terrorism.” This is reported by the Telegram channel that monitors the replenishment of the RosFinMonitoring register.
Two residents of Primorye are also included in the list – Kirill Hetman and Roman Lozovoy. They are accused of trying to set fire to the military commissariat in the city of Artyom.
Semenov was arrested at the end of August. He was detained at the military enlistment office of the Admiralty district of St. Petersburg, where he came with two bottles of incendiary mixture and threw them out the window.
Burov was detained in October. According to the investigation, he distributed a video on the Telegram channel calling for “support and imitation of terrorism.”
The detention of Kirill Hetman and Roman Lozovoy in the Primorsky Krai became known at the end of September. At the same time, it was reported that they tried to set fire to the military enlistment office in the city of Artyom with two bottles of incendiary mixture, only the window frame caught fire.
