The case was considered in Tver, where the Supreme Court sent him.

The conflict between criminal investigation employee Yudyna and DPS inspectors Kolesnikov and Perenyuk occurred in the service parking lot near the Vasileostrovsky district police station in St. Petersburg on February 2, 2022. Yudina asked the arriving DPS team to move the car, saying that he was working on a criminal investigation. At the same time, she refused to show her service certificate.

A verbal altercation broke out in the police station between the Ministry of Internal Affairs officers. Yudina began to insult the inspectors, in response they knocked her to the floor, Kolesnikov twisted her arm back, which caused the operative to scream loudly. Later, Yudyna was taken to Mariinsky Hospital with a broken arm.

After the incident, all three were fired from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and a criminal case was opened against Kolesnikov.
