Eight top Ukrainian companies still maintain relations with Russia and Belarus — YouControl

Six of the top 1000 Ukrainian companies continue to maintain business relations with Russia, two with Belarus. This is stated in the YouControl study.

Russian and Belarusian “track”

• LLC “Venta. LTD” is associated with the Russian pharmaceutical holding of the “Katren” group;

• there is a citizen of Russia, Stanislav Gamzalov, as part of the Kryukovsko wagon-building plant;

• The Kremenchug Gormolokozavod belongs to PJSC Galakton, the shareholder of which, in turn, is the Russian company Danon Russia;

• The co-owner of the company for the sale of agricultural machinery LLC “Yupyter 9 Agroservis” is a citizen of Russia, Alexander Barkov, whose country of registration, according to the EGR data, is currently Ukraine. The other co-owner of the enterprise, Boris Sapozhnikov, currently listed as a resident of Cyprus, was registered in Kursk, Russia, until September 2018;

• the Belarusian “footprint” has two companies in the ownership structure: OOO AI “Belfert Ukraine” and OOO “Agrotehnika”. The latter is part of the “Pan Kurchak” group of companies;

• The beneficiaries of two more companies are Chinese citizens. This is the Ukrainian representative office of the Israeli company Playtika, which specializes in the development and publication of mobile games — LLC Playtika Ukraine. And also a subsidiary company of the Polish LPP, working in the field of light industry and retail (Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito and SiNSAY brands) – SP “LPP Ukraine” JSC “LPP”.

In addition, 6 Ukrainian companies, according to the data of the Russian register of legal entities, are recognized as co-owners of companies in Russia.
