“Grain Initiative”: vessel inspections do not take place for the second day in a row due to the actions of the Russian Federation

Grain deliveries through the “grain corridor” remain suspended for the second day in a row, because the Russian Federation violates the terms of the initiative.
It is reported Bloomberg with reference to the notification of the Ministry of Community Development, Territories and Infrastructure.
“Russia, as before, refuses to follow the plan of Ukrainian ports and imposes its own plan on Ukrainian ports, which is unacceptable,” the text message of the Ministry reads.
Earlier, last week, inspections were already stopped for one day due to the fact that the Russians unilaterally stopped the registration of ships that are submitted to Ukrainian ports for the formation of an inspection plan.
“Instead, the Russians are forming their own inspection plan, choosing vessels from the queue at their own discretion, which is completely contrary to the terms of the Initiative and unacceptable for Ukraine,” the Ministry said a day earlier.
At the same time, the Russian Federation declares that it may withdraw from the initiative if its issues regarding its own grain and fertilizers are not resolved by mid-May.
