In Kharkiv, on March 22, after a large-scale Russian attack on the city’s power system, the subway was able to start working.

“Our energy engineers did the seemingly unbelievable and we were able to start the subway. The subway works on all lines, the movement interval is 20 minutes,” Terekhov said.

Earlier it was reported that the CHP and all transformer substations were destroyed in the city due to shelling. The energy situation remains the most difficult in Kharkiv.

Chairman of the board of “Ukrenergo” Volodymyr Kudrytskyi statedthat the Russian missile attack on the morning of March 22 was carried out in different regions of Ukraine – at TPPs and HPPs, as well as at main substations operated by Ukrenergo.

On March 23, there is no electricity in Kharkiv and the region remained 275 thousand consumers, at the same time, restored electricity supply to 440 thousand consumers.

March 24 in Kharkiv entered hourly electricity restrictions for 200,000 subscribers.
