In Kuzbass, a former fighter of PMC “Wagner” stabbed a local resident

In the town of Anzhero-Sudzhensk, Kemerovo region, a seven-time convicted ex-prisoner who participated in the invasion of Ukraine as part of the PMC “Wagner” stabbed the ex-husband of his acquaintance with a knife. This is reported by the telegram channel “Ostrozhno, novosti”.

A criminal case of causing serious harm to health has been initiated against the 34-year-old detainee. The victim’s lung was damaged, he was hospitalized. The press service of the Kuzbass Ministry of Internal Affairs did not officially report the attack. “Caution, news” mentions only the name of the detainee – Alexander L. He was tried seven times for theft, murder, robbery and illegal possession of weapons.

In the electronic file of the Anzhero-Sudzhensky City Court, there are cases of robbery and theft against Alexander Ladygin. In 2014, he was sentenced to two years of strict regime.

• This is not the first case when a PMC “Wagner” fighter returned from the war commits a crime against freedom. In May 2023, in the Novosibirsk region, a former mercenary threatened to blow up 10- and 12-year-old girls with a grenade if they did not obey him, and then raped them.
• Since the beginning of the year, Russian servicemen and mercenaries who returned home after participating in hostilities on the territory of Ukraine have committed at least 27 murders, according to the publication “Agentstvo”, based on open sources. In 12 cases, the fighters of the private military company “Wagner” who were recruited in the colonies, where they were convicted and served their sentences, became defendants in criminal cases.
