The qualification commission of St. Petersburg judges did not find any violation of ethics in the actions of judge Oksana Demyasheva, who sentenced the artist Sasha Skochylenko to seven years in prison for “fakes” about the army. “Novaya Gazeta. The document states that the rejections of Skochylenko’s petitions are motivated, and no violation of judicial ethics on the part of Oksana Demyasheva was found.
