In the Moscow DEG, Putin won a record and Davankov lost

Moscow became the only region in which the difference between the number of physical and electronic votes in the presidential elections became a record simultaneously for Vladimir Putin and Vladislav Davankov from “New People” – but with the opposite sign. This follows from an infographic published by electoral expert Roman Udot.
In Moscow, Putin received 89.1% of electronic votes, which is 12.3 percentage points more than paper votes. Davankov won 4.4% of electronic votes, which is 6.9 percentage points less than paper votes. Both values became the maximum among regions in which remote electronic voting (DEG) took place.
On average, in Russia, Putin gained 2.9 percentage points more in the DEG than on paper, and Davankov – by 0.61 percentage points, Kommersant calculated. Mykola Kharitonov from the Communist Party of the People’s Republic of Ukraine almost everywhere gained less than in the physical districts, and Leonid Slutsky from the LDPR – the same.
The expert with whom “Kommersant” spoke believes that such results are the result of voters’ distrust of the DEG (mainly the electorate of the CPRF and opposition-minded Russians) and “corporate mobilization”. By the latter, he probably understands cases of administrative coercion of voters to vote, which contradict the Constitution and Russian election laws.
