Kadyrov’s plane flew to Moscow three times since the beginning of September

Since the beginning of September, the plane belonging to the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, has flown to Moscow three times, and for the last three days, he is most likely in the Russian capital, reports “Vorstka” publication with reference to one of the services that track air transportation.

According to the data of the service, the business jet with the number RA-73417 landed in Moscow on September 6 and 9. The last time he flew out of Grozny in the direction of Moscow was on September 15, and since then, judging by the tracker, he has not returned to Chechnya.

“Verstka” drew attention to the movements of the liner against the background of rumors circulating in the media about the sharp deterioration in the health of the head of Chechnya and his treatment in the Moscow Central Clinical Hospital of the Office of the President of Russia. In the middle of the week, several Chechen opposition channels, without references to sources, reported that Ramzan Kadyrov was in a coma. On Sunday afternoon, Chechen oppositionist and human rights activist Abubakar Yangulbaev even wrote that Kadyrov had died.

At the same time, a video with his participation appeared on Kadyrov’s Telegram channel on Sunday. In the footage, the head of Chechnya walks down the alley and advises “everyone who can’t distinguish truth from lies on the Internet, to take a walk in the fresh air and put their thoughts in order.” Kadyrov does not say anything about his health. It is confirmed that the recording was made in Grozny, but neither this nor the date of filming has been established. The only thing that attracts attention is that the head of Chechnya is playing in the rain. In Moscow, on Sunday, the weather was clear.

In turn, the Telegram channel of the VChK-OGPU, presumably connected to Russian law enforcement agencies, reported with reference to its sources that since Sunday morning, cars with Chechen license plates have been driving to the Central Clinical Hospital and that they are being allowed to enter the territory without inspection. “In just one hour, Chechen Maybachs with two security vehicles, a Porsche Cayenne, four Gelendwagens and two BMWs arrived at the Central Bureau of Investigation,” the authors of the Telegram channel say. There is no confirmation of this information.

• Rumors that 46-year-old Ramzan Kadyrov is seriously ill have periodically appeared in the media since the beginning of the year. A number of journalists drew attention to the excessive swelling of the face of the leader of Chechnya, suggesting that this may be the result of treatment for an oncological disease. Kadyrov himself several times refuted information about the deterioration of his health.
• The head of Chechnya is one of the most ardent supporters of the war against Ukraine, while several times he allowed himself to criticize the Ministry of Defense of Russia. Also, Kadyrov previously supported the founder of PMC “Wagner” Yevgeny Prigozhin, who launched a rebellion against the Russian military leadership in June and died in August under circumstances that have not yet been clarified, but shortly before the rebellion, they had a quarrel.
