The blago.invest investment fund is a new player on the stock market

blago.invest is one of the first market investment funds on the real estate market of western Ukraine, which invests in large-scale construction projects – modern residential complexes and micro-districts – of the leading construction company of Ivano-Frankivsk blago.

The minimum amount of investment in such a fund is from $10,000 with a yield of 8%. You can invest in the fund by purchasing its securities – investment certificates.

  1. the investment fund becomes a co-owner of several different, active large-scale construction projects of the blago company;
  2. the funds are invested exclusively in those construction projects of the blago company, in which the fund is a co-owner;
  3. profits received from investments in construction projects, the fund pays its investors in the form of dividends every year.

Securities as a stock instrument are the most popular in the population of developed countries. And first of all, securities of investment funds of the real sector of the economy, and especially of the real estate market.

Such investment instruments allow the most efficient mobilization of domestic investment resources – citizens’ savings and to effectively direct them for the development of the country’s economy.

In Ukraine, investment funds in the real estate market are also gaining more and more popularity. Behind them are real assets that generate consistently high returns from profits from real sectors of the economy.

In order to invest in the real estate market by buying square meters (apartment, office or commercial premises), even at the initial stage of construction, significant funds are required – more than 1 million hryvnias.

With this approach, there is practically no diversification of investments, since all the investor’s funds are invested in one specific real estate object and are tied exclusively to the profitability of such an object.

If we compare investments in square meters and in stock instruments, only the latter diversify risks and, at the same time, ensure a consistently high return on capital investments.

In particular, thanks to the fund, it is possible to invest significantly less money in large-scale construction projects (several at the same time), because blago.invest combines the capital of retail investors.

A low investment threshold, consistently high profitability and diversification of investments are the key features and advantages of blago.invest.

However, the greatest value of investment funds in general and blago.invest in particular is the opportunity for Ukrainians to invest in their country and develop its economy and at the same time receive high incomes.
