The Cabinet instructed Privatbank to pay 24 billion in dividends to the state budget

The Cabinet of Ministers approved the annual report of the state-owned Privatbank for 2022 and instructed to send UAH 24.16 billion of the bank’s profit to pay dividends to the state budget. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Finance.

The order approved:
- the distribution of Privatbank’s net profit for 2022, which amounts to UAH 30.2 billion;
- annual dividends amounting to UAH 24.16 billion;
- a report on the remuneration of members of the supervisory board of the bank;
- measures based on the results of the review of the report of the supervisory board of the bank.

Earlier, the Ministry of Finance wrote that the supervisory board of Privatbank elected Nils Melngailis as its chairman and an independent member of the supervisory board.
