The market of new passenger cars in Ukraine is growing: the top cars of October

In October, 5,700 new avitovkas were registered in Ukraine, which is 83% more than in October last year.
About this informs Association of Automobile Manufacturers Ukravtoprom.
It is noted that, compared to September, consumer activity in the new car segment of the car market increased by 0.7%.
Toyota cars were in the greatest demand last month, 929 units of them were registered. Compared to 2022, the October sales of new Toyotas in Ukraine increased by 40%.
The second most popular car brand was Volkswagen, whose car registrations tripled to 574 units. In the third position in the rating Skoda – 477 cars (+46%).
The fourth result in BMW – 461 cars (+255%), on the fifth step – Renault – 432 cars (+60%).
The following brands also entered the TOP-10 in October 2023: NISSAN – 309 units; HYUNDAI – 240 units; MERCEDES-BENZ – 224 units; MAZDA – 220 units; PEUGEOT – 200 units.
The RENAULT Duster car became the bestseller of the month on the new passenger car market – 387 registrations.
In total, from January to October 2023, Ukrainians purchased and registered 49,600 new cars, which is 60% more than in the same period last year.
