In the evening of October 12, the Ministry of Defense of Russia reported that two Ukrainian drones were shot down over the territories of Bryansk and Belgorod regions.
One of the drones was shot down on the way to Belgorod, the head of the region, Vyachelsoav Gladkov, said. In the past day, according to him, five drones attacked the region – there were no casualties or damage.
The governor of the Bryansk region, Vyacheslav Bogomaz, reported on Thursday evening that one drone was shot down on the outskirts of Bryansk.
“When the drone fell, an explosive device detonated. There were no casualties,” Bogomaz wrote in his Telegram channel. The details are not specified.
According to the Telegram channel “Baza”, the drone tried to attack a chemical plant in the Bryansk region – the drone was suppressed by EW forces, fell on the roof of one of the workshops and exploded. As “Baza” writes, a few hours before that, another drone fell and detonated on the territory of the “Tvoy Dom” construction complex in Bryansk. As a result of the explosion, a commercial premises with an area of 90 square meters caught fire. The authorities did not comment on this information.
