In the cities of Russia, the recruitment of fighters into PMC “Wagner”, which has now become a division of the Russian Guard, has been resumed. This is reported by 59.ru and Ngs.ru.

The representatives of “Wagner” in Perm told journalists that the division is now headed by Pavel Prigozhin, the son of PMC founder Evgeny Prigozhin. The group recruits fighters with combat experience or those who have already been part of the PMC. Contracts are concluded for six months. The salary will be from 80 thousand to 240 thousand rubles. The amount will depend on the place of service.

Representatives of the PMC in Novosibirsk told journalists that “they are not accepting those who are under trial or sick.”

Earlier, “Vazhnye istorii” wrote about the fact that messages about the start of recruitment at PMC “Wagner” appeared on October 27-28 in Telegram channels related to mercenaries. One of the recruiters told the publication that he represents “the only detachment that has an official contract with the Russian Guard.” The interlocutor of “Important Histories” claims that the negotiations on the transfer of mercenaries under the leadership of the Russian Guard were conducted by Pavel Prigozhin and one of the commanders of the PMC, Anton Elizarov.

  • PMC “Wagner” is a Russian unofficial armed formation created by Yevgeny Prigozhin. PMC mercenaries took an active part in the war with Ukraine, as well as in ground operations in Syria and Africa. The company’s fighters are accused of multiple war crimes. Prigozhin died two months after the demand for an armed rebellion organized by PMC “Wagner” when a private plane crashed in the Tver region.
