What is known
The head of the European Commission believes that the Russian Federation and Russian society are already paying a high price due to the imposed sanctions.
“The tenth package of sanctions is on the way. We will introduce it by February 24. Its volume will be about 10 billion euros,” said von der Leyen.
The package of sanctions is focused on technologies that should not be used by the Russian military machine, she emphasized.
“We are taking a deeper look at the components found, for example, in drones to make sure that they will not be available to Russia,” von der Leyen noted.
