The Office of the Commissioner for Persons Disappeared Under Special Circumstances has created an interactive map showing the probable places of disappearance of Ukrainian fighters. This was reported in the Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War. In order to expand data on possible places of disappearance of military personnel, the Headquarters calls for cooperation, in particular, of their relatives. “All information about the probable place of disappearance or the last known location of the military serviceman, which the relatives of the missing persons have, should be transferred to the Commissioner’s Office,” the department added. Search groups carry out relevant measures after the liberation and demining of the territory. We remind you that close relatives of servicemen need to have certain information, which in case of unforeseen situations, will help in finding a soldier. The list of data can be found at the link. If you saw a photo or video on the Internet where you recognized a missing person, you should contact the law enforcement officers and follow the action algorithm. Also, the Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War opened a new toll-free number for consultations, where you can clarify the necessary information.
