The mother of a schoolboy who bullied a classmate with cancer was fined in the Lviv region. The boy repeatedly bullied the girl, according to the case in the Unified Register of Court Decisions. “He systematically and repeatedly harassed his classmate, namely because of cancer, he insulted, called her names and humiliated her, which caused damage to her psychological health,” the case documents state.
