In Kyiv, there was the greatest resistance to the involvement of civilian medical institutions in the work of military medical commissions (MMC). This was announced by the Minister of Health Viktor Lyashko on the air of the Yedyny Novyny telethon. According to him, the responsible persons who conduct medical examinations at the territorial recruitment and social support centers did not transfer the medical examinations to civilian institutions. I showed them what not to do. But they did everything to avoid transferring the medical examinations to civilian facilities. We found out the reason after a couple of weeks when the State Bureau of Investigation started working there,” the minister said. He added that the situation is better in the Volyn region, where 100% of all VLCs at the procurement centers have been transferred to civilian health care facilities.
