In Great Britain, a draft of the “Star Wars” script was sold at auction for 10.7 thousand pounds ($13.1 thousand).

It belonged to the actor Harrison Ford and was lying in one of the London houses for almost 50 years, according to The Guardian.

The fourth draft of the script for the first Star Wars film, originally titled The Adventures of Luke Starkiller, is dated March 15, 1976.

For almost 50 years, it was stored in a private house in Notting Hill. Ford rented its two upper floors during filming.

This copy is incomplete and unbound, with pages of different colors indicating added corrections. It contains scenes and characters that were cut from the final version.

The draft was valued at 8-10 thousand pounds. As a result of the bidding, it was purchased by an Australian private collector for 10.7 thousand pounds, which is equal to 13.1 thousand dollars.

Along with the script, other items that Harrison Ford left in the apartment went under the hammer. In particular, it is about the shooting schedule, call list and collection of notes. They were purchased as a set by a buyer from Great Britain for 4.8 thousand pounds.
