On August 3, the man took the children, aged 10-11, to the territory of the recreation complex to the lake. “Parents found the first message on the Internet about the camp, called there and decided to leave their child there. He is a teacher of children from the Cherkasy region, he does not have any skills or permits to care for children. He is a football coach. He was not officially employed at the camp.” , Iryna said. She added that law enforcement officers are currently investigating the grounds on which the summer camp was operating and how many camps in the Kyiv region are operating without appropriate documents.
