A 14-year-old teenager died in Kryvyi Rih after a visit to the dentist.
This was reported by the spokeswoman of the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Police, Hanna Starchevska, in a comment for “UP.Zhyttia”.
She noted that the law enforcement officers opened criminal proceedings under Article 140 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Investigators are investigating.
The hospital said that the boy went to the dentist with a toothache, writes Suspilne.

The director of the hospital, Olena, said that the doctors followed the procedure and removed the tooth, and then sent the boy home.
However, his condition worsened at home: his mother called an ambulance. The teenager was taken to the hospital, but could not be saved.
“As for how the events unfolded, we can talk about various moments, medical components, because not everything is so clear-cut. But there are questions about the course of the disease itself. It is impossible to say that this is a complication of this particular manipulation. Only the expert commission can give answers to all questions“, she added.
It will be recalled that a 5-year-old boy died in Lviv, who fell into a coma after having his teeth removed.
