A chatbot has been launched in Ukraine, in which you can report a closed shelter during an air alert.

The chatbot is available in Telegram for linkDeputy Minister for Strategic Industries of Ukraine Timur Tkachenko said.

“Everything is simple – you fill out the bot and within 1 minute I receive a notification in Telegram, which we immediately take to work and work on.

What is important: I will look at all complaints personally. Also, all of this will immediately be redirected directly to the responsible people on the ground.” – writes Tkachenko.

It also recently became known that it will be possible to file a complaint about a shelter with “Diya” or find the nearest one on the interactive map.

We will remind you that last year in Kyiv and the region, an inspection of shelters was initiated after the tragedy of June 1, 2023. At that time, three people who could not get to the shelter died in the Desnyan district.

Subsequently, the Ministry of Strategic and Industrial Planning declared that the situation with shelters in the capital was critical, and began work on the “Iron Shelter” project.

In particular, on October 19, a portal was launched, which provides information on the restoration of shelters.

Also, the Ministry of Strategy and Industry announced the creation of an application that will allow you to create a detailed route to storage facilities.
