According to the investigation, the mother filmed some episodes of sexual violence and sent them to a roommate. Transcarpathian journalist Viktor Glagola adds that her stepfather raped her for the first time at the age of 7, when they were returning home from guests. Then he repeatedly raped her starting in July 2021. He also forced his “wife” and the minor victim to “satisfy himself with his fingers” during video calls when he went to earn money. The law enforcement officers found video evidence in the apartment. The prosecutor’s office is deciding the issue of a preventive measure, it will insist on detention without alternative. Perpetrators face up to 15 years in prison. Now the child is under the care of social workers, she is provided with assistance.
