A couple of white tigers were returned from evacuation to “Feldman Ecopark” near Kharkiv. It’s the turn of two brothers.

“By spring, we plan to bring another group of large predators, in particular, to the delight of the children, their favorites – tiger cubs.” – reported on the Facebook page of the park.

However, the work to return other animals to the eco-park is still ongoing.

“There is still a lot of work ahead: far from all the enclosures have been restored, the complete demining of the ecopark territory has not been completed.

But we continue to work hard, and the goal remains the same – the complete restoration of “Feldman Ecopark” and the return home of all our animals.” – the post says.

We will remind, at the beginning of the full-scale invasion, in April 2022, “Feldman Ecopark” came under Russian fire. At that time, its founder Oleksandr Feldman reported that the park was practically destroyed – the enclosures and infrastructure were destroyed.

It was reported that the Russian occupiers killed 5 workers and about 100 animals. The surviving residents of the ecopark were evacuated to safer regions of Ukraine.

In May, a team of employees and volunteers came under fire while transporting African buffalo. Then a 15-year-old boy died.
