Gerda’s story was told at the Patrol Police of Ukraine.
From the beginning of the war, a dog named Gerda guarded and helped the patrolmen every day. She served together with law enforcement officers at one of the city’s stationary posts.
A few days ago, the animal got under the wheels of a motorcycle: the driver tried to avoid the collision, but could not.

We will remind, on the night of September 8, the occupiers attacked Sumy, as a result of which houses in the private sector were damaged. The rescuers pulled out the old couple, and the patrolmen rescued their dog. Unfortunately, the dog died a few days later.
