Astronomers filmed the astronauts’ lost bag, which is now flying in space.
The brilliant object appeared in the footage taken by the Virtual Telescope Project in Rome.
NASA astronauts Jasmine Mogbeli and Loral O’Hara, who went into space aboard the International Space Station, dropped a bag of instruments on November 1. And now it revolves around the Earth, writes Space.
“The object looks like a sharp point of light in the center“, Italian astronomer Gianluca Masi noted.

The tool bag will circle our planet for several months until it burns up at an altitude of about 70 miles (113 kilometers).

The bag flew about 258 miles (415 kilometers) above Earth last week.
