In Ukraine, four services for families with children have become operational in the Diya application. The new functions will help to submit an application for assistance, said the Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, Mykhailo Fedorov. “Digitalization of the social sphere simplifies the lives of thousands of Ukrainians and saves hundreds of hours. Now even more social services are available on the Diya portal, which will help families apply for financial assistance from the state,” the minister said. Therefore, four new services have appeared in the “Action” application where you can apply for: child support for a single mother or father; assistance in adopting a child; assistance to a person caring for a sick child; assistance to a person with a disability since childhood and children with a disability. Without boring bureaucratic procedures, long queues and trips to state institutions. Convenient and fast,” the official added. We will remind you that earlier the Cabinet of Ministers transferred the “eMalyatko” service to a permanent basis.
