Free preparation for NMT in 4 subjects

In Ukraine, a series of free webinars was launched to prepare schoolchildren for the National Multi-Subject Test (NMT).
The training courses were organized by the public union “Osvitoria” on the iLearn platform, reports the Ukrainian Center for the Quality of Education Evaluation.
Every week until June 2023, online classes will be held on iLearn in four subjects: Ukrainian language, history of Ukraine, mathematics and English.
“Students will be able not only to repeat the material, but also to ask questions to teachers and test their knowledge through testing on the platform.” – they say in the center.
Classes will be conducted by well-known subject teachers. The Ukrainian class will be conducted by the winner of the Global Teacher Prize Ukraine 2021 Artur Proydakovfrom English – Green Country teacher Lily Chizhand in mathematics – a senior teacher of the Department of Mathematics in Mogilanka Yuriy Zahariychenkohistory – a teacher at the Kyiv gymnasium Artur Babenko.

The class schedule can be viewed on the iLearn platform, which also offers a variety of learning materials.
More than 260,000 Ukrainian students have already used the platform to prepare for admission to higher education institutions.
We will remind you that this year, as last year, applicants will take a three-subject multi-subject test for admission to the university. Compulsory: mathematics and the Ukrainian language, and the third subject is optional.
However, the Verkhovna Rada did not pass the draft law on the national multi-subject test as a whole. The document was blocked by the “European Solidarity” faction, which demands that history be included in the list of compulsory subjects.
