In Kryvyi Rih, the police suspect a narcologist of selling ten thousand medical prescriptions for methadone.
This was reported by the police of Dnipropetrovsk region.
The criminal activity was discovered by law enforcement officers of department No. 2 of Kryvyi Rih RUP.
After investigative actions, it was established that the criminal was a 45-year-old narcologist.

In the Metallurgical district of the city, he illegally issued special prescription forms to other persons for the right to purchase the narcotic drug – methadone. The doctor did it for a certain monetary reward.

On September 27, the man was informed of the suspicion of having committed the crimes provided for in Part 2 of Article 319 (illegal issuance of a prescription for the right to purchase narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Now they are deciding the issue of selecting a preventive measure for the suspect.
