A court in the Lviv region found a local woman guilty of improper performance of parental duties, whose minor son was admitted to the hospital with alcohol poisoning.
The Sambir city and district court fined the woman 850 hryvnias, referring to the court decision, which was issued at the end of November 2023, writes Zaxid.Net.
The case materials indicate that the minor consumed alcoholic beverages, including wine, at the local stadium on the evening of October 26.
After that, he was admitted to the Sambir Central District Hospital with alcohol poisoning. The decision does not specify the boy’s age, but it is known that he is not yet 18 years old.

The police filed a report against the teenager’s mother for committing an administrative offense due to improper child care.
During the hearing of the case in court, she admitted her guilt and assured that she would do educational work with her son.
The woman was fined UAH 850 and ordered to pay a court fee of UAH 537.
The decision can still be appealed.
