How to confirm the place of study with the help of “Action. Signature” to entrants – explains the Ministry of Education and Culture

Future students have the opportunity to confirm admission to the desired institution with the help of “Action. Signature”. The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine shared instructions on how to do this. The department emphasized that applicants need to confirm their choice of place of study on their own. Photo: Olena Ruban/Gettyimages.com To confirm admission, you need to perform several steps: in the module “Submitted applications” for admission, highlight the required application and click “Confirm the choice of the place of education” in the “Active actions” menu. Important: the application must have the status “Recommended”; then it is necessary to confirm the warning about the mandatory submission of a military registration document by citizens of Ukraine who are conscripted into the military (the mark is set by all entrants, regardless of gender); select “Apply a qualified electronic signature” and click “Apply a KEP”; in the window that appears, select “Action. Signature” and scan the QR code on the screen in the “Action” application. Click the “Next” button. Read the QR code again and follow the instructions that appear on the screen. Important: In the “Action” application, in the “Action. Signature” menu, you need to activate the signature. To make sure that the application has been created, you need to refresh the page. The date and time of signing should appear opposite it. There is also a detailed video instruction from the State Enterprise “INFORESURS”, which will help you not to confuse anything.
