The husband of the woman in labor turned to the law enforcement officers at one of the checkpoints. He said that he and his wife urgently needed to get to the perinatal center. Patrol officers Oleg Ivakha and Liliya Moloshiy turned on special signals and flashing beacons to accompany the car.
