“The cat began to perform one of the strategic tasks – cleaned dugouts from the invasion of mice and rats”– says the military man under the pseudonym “Owl”.
She also felt the emotional state of the soldiers and charged them with positivity and calm when the soldiers needed it.
“It used to happen that you would go on an assignment for a day or several days, but you knew that you would return, and a cat would be waiting for you. It was like being at home. It made me feel calmer.
Our cat knew how to maintain fighting spirit even in the most difficult moments. Despite constant shelling and loud explosions, she behaved calmly”– adds “Owl”.
When the National Guardsmen returned from the East, Kotusko went with them. Now she lives in the family of the military “Owl”.
In a comment for “UP. Life”, the military unit said that at first the new home confused the cat a little: as soon as she was released from the leash, Kotusko tried to run to the car of the National Guardsmen. However, later she got used to the fighter’s home.
Currently, Kotusko lives in the family of national guard Sova.
